The reversed XV Cyborg is the way you would generally wish to see the Devil card, upended and revealing a freedom to break out of restrictions. This moving card, with its fusion of flesh with technology, reveals a refocusing upon what’s essential, upon what is the true image and likeness. Something that’s been hanging on in a manipulative way is about to fall. This midsummer week sees the overthrow of a tyrant, regime or network that has been spreading its shadow too far, making its subjects literally slaves. The loss or lessening of humanity in any situation denotes the temporary loss of common sense, which here is regained. What are the chains that bind you? What are you throwing off?
